THE LAST ACT

Women drive men into insanity. Though it doesn't excuse the latters' violence, the tragedies are unavoidable when a female's psychological attacks leave him in a lethal state from which there is no return. What led to this bloodshed as described in a local newspaper?

An argument between a couple at a building supplies store in Palmview ended in a suspected murder-suicide, the Palmview police chief confirmed.
Palmview Police Department received the call around 7:16 a.m., according to Chief Jose Treviño.
The caller was an employee at La Popular Home Center in Mission who reported a verbal dispute at the location. Police were advised the man was holding a handgun or some type of firearm, Treviño said.
“When officers arrived, along with local area law enforcement agencies, they got there, they assessed everything, they found a male and a female deceased at the establishment from what appeared to be gunshot wounds,” the police chief said.
No other injuries were reported.
Police believe it was a murder-suicide incident that will remain under investigation. Treviño said they are also receiving assistance from the Texas Department of Public Safety.
At The McHale Report we offer this speculation because during our many years of journalism we have witnessed the gory consequences when dysfunctional couples succumb to an incontrollable anger. Did the woman so humiliate the man that he could no longer tolerate the abuse?

Did she bring about their demises with her constant torturing of him? Did she think she could spit in his face without him one day losing it and spitting in her face? Some relationships are little more than death sentences.
